Terms of Service
These terms apply to this page and the requests, bookings and messages that come from it. By using it, you agree to them. AAX of GA, Inc. d/b/a All American Renovations ("All American Renovations," "we," "us") runs this page.
Requests and appointments
Sending a request or booking a time does not create a contract for any work. Any project is agreed in a separate written contract. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment and will let you know if we do.
Text messaging terms
Program: All American Renovations text messages. We ask for two separate consents, and neither box is checked for you. Messages about your request: confirming your request, scheduling your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and updates about your project. Marketing messages, only if you separately agree to them: occasional project photos, design ideas and updates.
You agree by checking the matching box on our form. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of buying anything from us. Giving a phone number without checking a box is not consent to receive texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you.
Text STOP to opt out. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and no more texts after that unless you sign up again. Text HELP for help, call (770) 629-0589, or email contact@myaareno.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber of the mobile number you give us, or have the subscriber's permission.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy, linked below.
Things you send us
When you send us photos or other information, you confirm you have the right to send them. We use them to prepare for your project and share them in our marketing only with your permission.
Our content
The text, photos and design on this page belong to All American Renovations or are used with permission. The names of the brands we install belong to their owners and appear here to describe the products we use.
