AAX of GA, Inc. d/b/a All American Renovations ("All American Renovations," "we," "us" or "our") is a siding and exterior remodeling company at 25 Tom Eason Dr, Hampton, GA 30228. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on this page, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this page, the questions and booking steps on it, and the text messages, emails and phone calls we exchange with you after you send us a request.
Information we collect
- What you tell us when you answer our questions: the type of project, the address of the property, when you would like to start, your name, phone number and email address, and which kinds of text messages you agreed to.
- The appointment time you choose, and any photos you choose to send us after booking.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time, and the ad or link that brought you here. This is collected with cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) about visits and requests so we can measure and improve our ads, and a bot-protection check that helps keep automated submissions out of our forms.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, contact you the way you asked, and schedule and hold your appointment.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To prepare for your project and, if you hire us, to carry it out.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in requests, and to improve our advertising.
- To protect our forms against spam, fraud and misuse, and to keep the records the law requires.
Text messages
We ask for two separate consents, and neither box is checked for you: one for texts about your request, your appointment and your project, and one for occasional marketing texts. We send only the kinds of texts you agreed to. Giving a phone number without checking a box is not consent to receive texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share your information
We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, as much as they need to do that work for us: our website host, our customer management, scheduling, text and email software, our marketing agency, and our professional advisers. Meta receives the technical information described above through its pixel. We also share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our customers or others, or if our business is merged with or transferred to another company.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Calls: ask us not to call you and we will honor it.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, and control how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- To see, correct or delete your information, contact us using the details below. We may keep what we need for legal, tax or warranty reasons.
Children
This page is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
